2. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and may change without notice.
  • Full payment is required before processing orders unless otherwise agreed.
  • Payments are processed through secure third-party providers.

3. Custom Products

  • Custom-made items (including personalized designs or fragrances) are made according to your specifications.
  • Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or changed.
  • We are not responsible for errors approved by the customer (e.g., spelling, design choices).

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times may vary depending on location and availability.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Risk of loss passes to the customer once the product has been shipped.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of our products, custom and opened items cannot be returned or refunded.
